Manufacturing Asas Steel Piles

Asas Innovasi was established in 1995. Whilst its manufacturing facilities has been operated since 2011. We are proud to be the 1st manufacturer of engineered screw piles in Malaysia and also the first to export these piles to developed nations. This is a testament to the consistent quality of each piles that are produced in our facility. With knowledge gained over the years, the engineering and design aspects of Asas Piles were made to suit various soil conditions.

Consultation for Foundation System

As a privileged buyer of Asas Steel Piles, you shall have access to our in-house geotechnical engineers as well as structural and mechanical engineers to consult you on your foundation needs. Soil investigation reports are required in order to take any piling projects from concept to completion. The system we propose generally provides piling and certain extend of foundation solutions for a wide range of building and construction projects.

Asas Steel Piles Installation

The machineries and tools required for installing Asas Steel Piles are specific. Thus we provide highly trained and skilled installers to manage various projects. Each piling point is measured with a Torque meter reading to provide precise load of pressure. Our installation method is also known to have low noise pollution, earth friendly and is reusable.
